Hello AVImark Users! My name is Debbie Livingston and I am an Authorized Training Representative working out of Clearwater, Florida. I may have met some of you at our former seminars as the Director of Training at McAllister Software.

I traveled quite often, teaching seminars and training onsite at clinics. I have instructed approximately 400 clinics and over 700 individual staff members. I have also done presentations for AAHA on a paperless practice, lab results and meeting AAHA standards with computerized records. The past 4 years experience with AVImark has included training of McAllister Software employees, both the technical staff and the training staff, including training some of the Authorized Trainers.

With a degree in Computer Science, and 10 years experience at a large computer distributor has given me an extremely well rounded background. My responsibilities included management, employee training and development of training materials for both the Sales and Product Marketing departments for a billion dollar corporation. The sales training included computer networking, hardware and software training. The product marketing training included inventory management and marketing.

I now have the wonderful opportunity to combine my computer and training background with my love of animals and interest in the veterinary industry. I will evaluate your clinic and work with you to develop a personalized training strategy based on your goals. Even though I have a technical background, I haven’t lost the ability to remember what it’s like to be a beginner.
