Kirsten hales from Pine Hill, Alabama. She spent 11 years of her career as Office Manager for a thriving veterinary practice where she was responsible for the overall operation of the practice. Kirsten's every day jobs included overseeing record keeping, employee scheduling, inventory control, billing & collections but also helped keep the doctor on schedule, assisted with surgeries, prepared and performed laboratory test, and met with drug representatives and clinic clients.

Kirsten is a firm believer in continuing education. She stays in step with the AVImark program by attending outside seminars and participating in training sessions at the home office of McAllister Software Systems. She was instrumental in the software transition process of her clinic by working closely with the conversion department. She also attends other seminars and conferences to expand her knowledge of veterinary medicine, clinic management and staff utilization.

With Kirsten's extensive background in the veterinary industry she is sure to be a great asset to AVImark's ATR division. With her home base now in New Orleans, LA., travel has become much easier.  Kirsten is enthusiastic about helping clinics become efficient and effective in their use of the AVImark program. She looks forward to meeting and working with you in the future.
