CID - This CD provides an overview of the CID screen along with the Client, Patient and Medical History sections. Training on the menu options, speedbar buttons, right-click options, and attachments is archived in this CD. This CD will also provide you with shortcuts concerning this area of the program.

Posting & Invoicing - Purchase this CD to train staff members on all features of posting and invoicing clients, plus how to handle day-to-day tasks. Example: Need to know how to enter payments on an account or how to refund an item? Need to know how to reprint an invoice or how to leave one open for future transactions? Find out the answers to all of these questions and more on this training CD.

Hospital Setup - Learn the specific hospital options you need to make sure your clinic is running as smoothly as possible.

Treatment List - The Treatment List CD will walk you through setting up treatments, creating treatment groups, and how to automatically set AVImark up to deduct necessary inventory amounts from specific treatments. You will also learn about important treatment list reports, menu options, and right-click options.

Inventory List - Learn inventory control in this training CD along with controlling refills, creating and using AVImark purchase order features and many other options.

Statements & A/R - This CD covers printing of the Statements and how to apply the monthly interest to clients with an overdue balance. This tutorial will also walk you through printing of Collection Letters and the Accounts Receivable Report.

Appointment Calendar - Learn how to use the Appointment Calendar for creating and checking in appointments. The tutorial also covers the options available that will make the Appointment Calendar work more efficiently for your clinic, plus much more.

Photos & File Attachments - The Photos Training CD instructs the viewer how to save and attach photos to Medical History, the Patient area, the Client area, Treatments, and Inventory. Also, learn the proper way to attach digital files such as a PDF documents to a Medical History record.

Whiteboard - Learn how to fully utilize the Whiteboard,inclulding viewing reservations, checking patients in, scheduling activities and checking patients out. This CD covers how the feature provides better communication among staff by displaying specific information.

Follow-up List & Work List - The Follow-up list is a generated call-back list of patients who need to be checked on after a short time period. The Work List creates a list of jobs that need to completed. Both lists can be automatically generated from services being entered into medical history or manually generated from a patient’s file.

Dental Chart - By implementing the dental chart feature, you can use several options for tracking and documenting dental procedures. Learn how to notate individual teeth, record probing depth for all four sides, gingival recession, etc.

Estimates - Learn how to set up estimates to provide your clients with needed or requested information pertaining to the client's cost on treatments or items sold.

This tutorial includes the how to set up your system properly to use purchase orders, the process of ordering and utilizing the electronic Needs List. Security Maintenance & Timeclock - This tutorial will walk you through the steps of utilizing AVImarks security features. Learn how to enter staff members, as well as how to protect functions in the AVImark system. Discover how to monitor staff members actions in addition to keeping track of individuals hours.

Controlling Scheduled Drugs - Each and every time controlled substances change hands or is used, documentation must be generated and maintained.  This tutorial instructs the user on properly utilizing Purchase Orders, Inventory Used and Inventory Variances, to report increases and decreases in on-hand quantities automatically.

End of Period Reports - AVImark Reports are designed to adequately gather payment and tax information and appropriate information needed to pay providers. Most reports can be restricted for individual doctors, all doctors and can be printed by action codes, report codes and company numbers.
