INTRODUCING, OUR 10,000th CLIENT

In March of this year, AVImark reached a notable benchmark by welcoming it’s 10,000th client to it’s ever-growing family. We would like to introduce you to Bear River Veterinary Clinic, an AAHA accredited practice in Evanston, Wyoming. This clinic is housed in a 4,000 square foot building, offering an array of modern equipment used to diagnose and treat disease in all animals. Bear River began researching software programs when its current program became complicated and cost prohibitive. “As we increased our usage and tried to take advantage of the full capacity of oursoftware, we found that many capabilities required us to purchase additional packages," said Dr. Eric Dent. "And these advanced features were incredibly cumbersome to use."

The Bear River staff contacted more than 50 veterinary clinics, to ask which programs these clinics were using. Most were using AVImark and spoke highly of the veterinary software, which prompted Bear River to review the AVImark demonstration. "We are most excited about using AVImark's inventory feature – we'll implement that immediately," said Dr. Dent. "We're also excited about the ability to store a series of fees for each treatment, which will allow us to create estimates and invoices much more quickly and will eliminate missed charges. In the future, we'll likely start using the integration with laboratory equipment and will eventually convert to paperless medical records."

We're excited to add Bear River Veterinary Clinic to the AVImark community of veterinary practices around the world.
