Additional Data Fields Create additional fields of information for clients, patients, medical history, medical condition record, work list, follow-up list, and whiteboard. These entries can consist of several dfferent types insluding; integer, decimal, sensitive/resistant, phrase, word processing, etc. This is an excellent way to store extra cell phone numbers or medications the patient brought with them to board.
System Tables Set up company numbers allowing clients to be flagged or run reports by specified groups of clients. Customize the medical condition record by adding user defined abnormalities and body sub-systems to the objective area. Enter common allergies, breeds,colors, units or measure, routes, and zip codes allowing you to select entries from appropriate dropdowns. New system tables can be added to create a drop down list within your additional data field.

Invoicing Changing your invoice title, invoice layouts, and notations tailors your invoice to be all your want it to be. Many practices want the invoice title to read "RECEIPT" intead or "INVOICE". Patient reminders are commonly included on the invoice to help reinforce needed patient services.
Appointment Calendar Create appointment groups allowing you to sort the appointment calendar by groups of veterinarians i.e. large animal, small animal, specialists, surgeons, etc. Appointment and block-off types allow you to color code the appointment calendar giving a quick view of your daily schedule.
Column Customization Within any of the framework windows, you can add, remove, rename, and create new columns. It also allows a grouping function to categorize entries by a specified column. This is computer specific, not all workstations need the same information readily available.
Advanced Options Used the advanced options to create user specific options. This allows AVImark to change views and settings according to the user currently logged into the system. It also allows you to turn off some prompts that always need answered the same way.
