Updating Appointment Time

When creating appointments, you have the option of pre-attaching the treatments and items the pet is scheduled to have performed while at your clinic. Due to lengths of certain services, the appointment may need to be extended to accommodate the procedure being preformed. You can have AVImark automatically update the duration of an appointment depending on certain services given. To preset your appointment length, follow the instructions below.

Open your Treatment List( tx speed bar button)
Right-click Change on the treatment you wish to adjust the appointment time
In the Appointment Time field, place the number of minutes this procedure will take. Then click OK to save the changes.

When creating an appointment and pre-selecting the desired treatment, AVImark will automatically increase the appointment duration to match what is in the Appointment Time field of the treatment.
