If several files need to be associated with a Patient, Client or Medical History AVImark provides a quick and easy way to attach these files at the same time.

• Locate the files you want to attach and leave this window open.
• Open AVImark and the File attachment window. (Make sure that the AVImark screen is not Maximized). Maneuver the windows around by dragging and dropping so you can see the AVImark file attachments window and the files needing attached.
• Highlight the files you want to attach by holding the Ctrl key down and clicking on each entry. If you have several files in a row, highlight the top entry, hold down the shift key and left-click on the bottom entry to highlight them all.
• Once they are highlighted, you can drag and drop the multiple entries into the File Attachment window.  Depending on your transfer type that is selected, the files will either move to the destination folder or a copy will be placed in the destination folder.
