Need to Reschedule an Appointment

When rescheduling an appointment, first highlight the appointment then right-click and choose the‘Reschedule Appointment' option. This opens a window at the bottom of the screen stating ‘Rescheduling appointment for client...'
From here find the new date and time and right-click ‘Reschedule' or click F2 on the keyboard. This will open the New Appointment window containing any notes, services or selected problems from the original appointment. Make any changes necessary and click ‘Done' to save the new appointment. The original appointment will automatically be removed and marked as rescheduled. |
