As it has for 20 years, AVImark continues to evolve and offer more functionality with each generation of enhancements. This coming year, AVImark will begin offering integrations with DICOM PACS software. We have also made tremendous strides in our most post popular lab equipment integrations, and we will start offering bi-directional communication. These integrations will continue to propel work flow efficiencies to save time and money in your clinical operations.

In order to control the costs of general technical support, MSS will charge a separate set-up and support fee for these advanced integrations. This will allow us to continue to offer the best software in the veterinary industry and create Specialty Technical Support Teams, yet not increase support costs for all AVImark clinics. AVImark will not be increasing general support costs in 2010. All advanced integrations are optional. Current lab integrations will continue to function at no additional cost.

These advanced integrations will not immediately be available with all manufactures or equipment, but as development work continues, the list of partners with advanced integrations will grow. Vendors will let you know when these options are available. The set-up fee covers the first year of advanced support.
