Veterinary practices set up their profiles via this portal and select templates for each type of reminder. Once profiles are set up, reminders are sent automatically, according to the preferences of each client.

Each eMinder also includes response options that filter back into AVImark software. Clients can select phone menu options to confirm or cancel appointments, and responses are collected through the web-based portal and automatically updated within AVImark.

eMinders also contains email, text, and voice reminders that can be used to market seasonal and specialty treatments such as dental exams, flea and tick preventatives, and senior wellness checkups. Reminder templates for each specialty can be customized according to practice preferences.
